THe first quarter of protion matches the homology groups of ''PTPRJ, ptprb, ptprh, ptpro'' and ''ptprq.''the protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor genes. The 2nd half of the protein matches ''TNN, tenascin N'' and ''TNXB, tenascin XB''. We are updating the gene name from ''titin'' to ''tnl, tenascin-like''. Further analysis will be required to classify it properly."
