nomenlcature changes

05FEb2025

to conform with Xenopus naming guidelines for duplicated genes, GeneID: 108696708 is henceforth recognized as cnfn.3.L, while GeneID:108696707 /LOC108696707,  which did not have an official nomenclature/ has been assigned cnfn.4.L.


Note that the left-right order for numbering the cnfn genes was not strictly followed to mainatain stable identifiers for gene models from earlier genome annotations (i.e. cnfn.1 and cnfn.2)
