X. laevis orthologs of the X. tropicalis gene LOC116406912 (NCBI-ID:116406912, XB-model:XBXT10g023307) were identified as LOC108699468 (L homeolog) (NCBI-ID:108699468, XB-model:XBXL10_1g37014) and LOC121397605 (S homeolog) (NCBI-ID:121397605, XB-model:XBXL10_1g38843) by synteny and sequence homology. These are temporary names that will remain as such as they await future identification.
