nomenclature changes

16MAR2023 This gene was renamed dmd, dystrophin, by Xenbase, following nomenclature for the human ortholog- it appears to be the true ortholog of human and other vertebrate DMD genes, based on synteny.

Previously used gene symbol dmd.3 is now recorded as a synonym.
