based on syntenty (conserved gene pattern/order), LOC108697255 (prov. tlr13) in Xla.Chr7.S has been placed on this gene page, as it is most likely the true tlr21.S gene, being flanked by tmem145.S upstream and pafah1b3.S downstream.

Note thart the true tlr13.S is recognised as LOC108697814, with general synteny pattern in Xenopus on Chr7: kcnj14 ... cyth1 ... tlr13 ... lmtk5 ... gprc5c
